Choose from a 121 movement consultation or a small group course

121 physio based movement consultation. Is an intensive 4 week course that will include 3 physio style full body assessment of hips, back, shoulders knees and foot movement. This will determine restrictions that cause pain, stiffness and ageing limitations to your body’s ability to be balanced and move freely.

Small group sessions are less intensive. We will use a integrated physio, pilates and yoga based movements in a class format. after a readiness to move questionnaire, we will go straight into a movement class. You still learn how to tackle restrictions and imbalances in your body
